Cancellations made between 7–3 days prior may incur partial retention charges depending on artisan scheduling, workshop preparation, and material arrangements.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience are non-refundable.
In case of artisan unavailability, weather-related operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternate workshop date or a full refund.
